Is there a free version of SnapMatrix?
Yes — screenshots are free forever. A paid yearly plan unlocks the annotation editor, screen recording, recording review, the on-Mac Library, guides and citations, and organization tools.
What is the difference between Individual and Organization plans?
Individual is $34.99 per year for one user. Organization is $37.99 per user per year for 1–100 users; at 101 or more users the whole organization drops to $34.99 per user per year.
Is there a monthly or lifetime plan?
No — SnapMatrix is sold as a yearly plan only. There is no monthly or lifetime option.
Can I get a refund?
No. The yearly plan is billed upfront for the full year. All sales are final — no refunds. Canceling only stops auto-renewal. You keep full access until the end of the paid year and are charged nothing further.
Do my captures leave my computer?
